We took the S800 outside today for a quick gimbal and flight test. Overall, we were pretty impressed. The Gimbal is holding a Sony Nex5 and is 80% less $$ than the Zen but looks like it performs at least 80% as well. We have some work to do reinforcing the attachment plate that connects the gimbal to the S800 landing gear. Too much give - you can see it in the wind - and will likely see it while moving forward at a good pace. Surprisingly, the S800 frame had very little vibration and does not seem to effect video quality at all (that is if our assumption about the plate is correct).
